At Baby360, we always aim to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service. All orders are processed within 24 hours after purchasing and will arrive in 5-10 business days. For rural addresses, please expect additional 1-2 working days. There might be a slight delay during weekends, New Zealand public holidays and other busy promotional & holiday periods. 

For non bulky item, we are currently shipping to New Zealand & Australia from our overseas warehouse. For bulky items like car seats, prams and balance boards, we only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Wrong address. Please double check the address you provide, we are not responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Missed your parcel? You may receive a Card to Call to redirect or collect your package from the courier. It is the responsibility of the buyer to re-organise shipping with the delivery company. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and you have the option to either receive a refund (excluding shipping costs), or we will re-deliver it to you at an agreed shipping cost.
